These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of QuanMed AI, the Neutron assistant, and related websites and applications (the "Service"), operated by QuanMed ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
QuanMed AI provides educational, experimental content about a quantum-medicine paradigm, including the Neutron AI assistant. The Service is informational only and is not medical advice — see our Medical Disclaimer, which forms part of these Terms.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You are responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
You agree not to:
The Service and its content (excluding your inputs) are owned by QuanMed and protected by law. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for your personal, non-commercial use. You retain rights to the content you submit; you grant us a licence to process it to provide and improve the Service.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and accuracy of AI outputs. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, QuanMed will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any decisions made in reliance on the Service. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law (including for death or personal injury caused by negligence).
We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via the Service or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except where mandatory local law provides otherwise.
